Are they safe to use?
Yes, when used as directed. Always read the included instructions, start with lower intensity, and stop use if any irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before using microcurrent or EMS devices.

Returns & warranty
Can I return my device?
Yes — unused items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
What if my device is faulty?
Email support@skinovia.ae within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right.
