2. Products

Skinovia devices are cosmetic skincare tools intended for personal, non-medical use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individuals with pacemakers or implanted electrical devices, who are pregnant, or who have active skin infections or epilepsy should consult a healthcare professional before use.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT as required by the UAE Federal Tax Authority. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time of your order applies.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your payment information is accurate. We may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
