Returns and Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Skinovia purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
In original, unused condition and original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).
Consumable items (gels, serums, replacement heads) are returnable only if unopened and unused.

How to Return

Email admin@skinovia.ae with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply within 2 business days with instructions. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

UAE Consumer Protection

Your rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) are not affected by this policy. Complaints may be directed to the UAE Ministry of Economy (consumerrights.ae, 600 52 2225).
